How are our playbacks made?

We attach great importance to the quality of our playbacks. There are many playbacks online. And even more providers ...

But how do they sound? Can you really use them live? Or do you hear this from afar that all of this sounds somehow artificial, or only the 1st voice was filtered out, and is still used as a sales argument that there are backing vocals on it?

These are questions we asked ourselves as active live musicians. We have come to the conclusion that accompanying music can sound different. Just like a live band actually plays, and not sterile like from a CD, or with a filtered out front voice and the backings sound almost artificial. Then rather no original back vocals, but the instruments clean, accurate, and "Seg" played. When you listen to a cover live band, the original voices of e.g. Stevie Wonder on stage. But good musicians who reproduce their sound as accurately as possible with a little self-interpretation. And that's exactly what Playbacks.CH is all about. Our playbacks are recorded with real instruments or native instruments. Track after track. Just as mixed as it would work for a production, and last but not least adapted a mastering that comes very close to a live sound on stage. Powerful, dry, gaudy fresh guitar riffs. Particular attention was paid to the drums. The drum sound comes from a real DDrum diabolo rock drum (see photos) which serves as a reference drum in many productions. The individual beats were recorded and sampled in our studio so that this sound can be put on any other song. Guitar sounds were also taken from one of our studio guitarists, as was the bass. Therefore we can proudly say that we work with real sounds and do not come from a midi sequencer. Do you value quality over quantity? Then you are exactly right with us. Hence the not too large selection that is currently activated. However, this is growing day by day and the range is wider. It is therefore worthwhile to have a look every day. As described above, we record track after track, and it takes time for a song to be finished. We calculate approx. 4-6 hours per song. Time that is worth spending. If you have a special request, be it in the length of a song, or pitch ect. Do not hesitate to contact us. The songs are offered in the shop via MP3. On request, we would also be happy to send you a wave.

You can pay conveniently via PayPal or credit card. We do not collect credit card data. The provider for credit card debits takes place via wix.com who debits your card, and this provider then makes the transfer to us.
