  5. Items purchased through the online shop are considered in all respects  never refunded. The purchase is at your own risk.

  7. Music-Record Switzerland has no influence on the web / shop content of Playbacks.CH 

  8. The data in the online shop is collected by us for our advertising purposes such as newsletters, email marketing,   However  not passed on to third parties. 

  9. We have no control over which data is collected by our platform provider (Wix).

  10. We settle all copyrights and royalties annually with SUISA. Never with the artist / interpreter  or publisher / label.

  11. No rights or licenses can be asserted against Playbacks.CH.

Our service is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform through which we can sell our products and services to you. Your data can be stored through Wix.com's data store, databases, and general Wix.com applications. You save your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
