1. When you visit the Playbacks.CH website or when you buy from Playbacks.CH, you automatically declare that you agree to all points of the terms and conditions.

2. There is no obligation to visit and listen to the demos  to buy at Playbacks.CH.

3. Playbacks.CH expressly distances itself from all content such as: graphics, audio, video  and any errors, as well as technical errors in the files and website.

4. There is no guarantee at Playbacks.CH. 

5. Items purchased through the online shop are considered in all respects  never refunded. The purchase is at your own risk.

6. Playbacks.CH belongs to the parent company: Music-Record Switzerland. 

7. Music-Record Switzerland has no influence on the web / shop content of Playbacks.CH 

8. The data in the online shop is collected by us for our advertising purposes such as newsletters, email marketing,   However  not passed on to third parties. 

9. We have no control over which data is collected by our platform provider (Wix).

10. We settle all copyrights and royalties annually with SUISA. Never with the artist / interpreter  or publisher / label.

11. No rights or licenses can be asserted against Playbacks.CH.

12. Rights and licenses are exclusive  only billed via SUISA.
